AM811x | Servomotor 0.20 – 0.52 Nm (standstill torque)

The AM8100 series is currently complemented by motors in flange size F1 (40 mm) for drive solutions with minimised space requirements. Three overall lengths covering a torque range from 0.20 to 0.52 Nm offer a low rotor moment of inertia and very high overload capacity. Based on these technical characteristics it is possible to implement highly dynamic applications in a very small mounting space.

The very compact motors feature electronic identification plates and are optionally available with backlashfree permanent magnet holding brake or feather key groove. To provide maximum motor performance in a compact size, the motors are designed with absolute encoder feedback and One Cable Technology (OCT). OCT uses a single cable for motor supply and position feedback. This means that only one connector is required at the motor, which reduces cabling costs significantly.

Typical areas of application for these motors are traversing and feed axes.
